Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Company: Stealth Mode Three, LLC
Location: Remote (Texas, USA)
Salary: Starting rate 3 USD per hour
Schedule: 6 working days with a rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT), 24/7 operation with fixed 8-hour shifts (schedule may vary based on operational needs)
Job Description: 
Stealth Mode Three, LLC, is an e-commerce company serving customers in the US, AU, UK, NZ, and Canada. CSRs will handle incoming calls, chats, and emails while managing backend tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: 
- Provide exceptional customer service via incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage backend tasks related to order processing, returns, and customer account management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
Requirements: 
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Note: This position is remote and operates on a no-work-no-pay basis without statutory benefits such as HMOs. Employees are required to provide their own Work From Home equipment, such as a laptop or desktop computer, noise-canceling headsets, and pay for their own internet service. Two unplanned absences may lead to termination, and resignations require a two-week notice period.

Pay: R$17.41 – R$17.42 per hour
